Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Are your pieces 3D printed?

Yes. Our pieces are produced layer by layer using 3D-printing technology and carefully finished by hand. Fine layer lines and slight variations are a natural part of the process, making each piece subtly unique.
Are your pieces made in Australia?

Yes. Each Orbita piece is 3D printed, assembled and carefully finished on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120. It is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I return my order?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. We can often customise colours and selected details. Send us a message with your idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible, along with the price and estimated lead time.
What materials do you use?

Our 3D-printed pieces are primarily made from PLA, selected for its clean finish and ability to capture fine details. Lamps and selected products may include additional components, which are listed on each product page.
